General Information

✦ Communication is key, but so is respect! Lack of it can result in denial of services. We want to keep our interactions safe & fun!✦ If communication ceases for a week- we have the right to cancel the order and send the appropriate refund.✦ We reserve the rights to post/stream working on commissions in order to advertise our services to others. In order to give back to our clients, we would love to tag you in finished artwork; crediting us will be very much appreciated!If you would prefer NOT having commissions streamed/displayed- please let us know ahead of time!Because we plan on using our artwork to promote ourselves, any art that CANNOT be posted ANYWHERE will incur an additional fee.

Merch Printing Policy

Interested in using our artwork for merch? Contact us to receive a quote! We do both flat fee & royalties contracts.We do make exceptions to allow for small batch printing so PLEASE message us- we are here if you have any questions or need clarification! :DFLAT FEE:
In order to print emotes on merch, you'd need to pay an additional fee of 50% of the creation cost per emote for a full year of selling rights.(For ex: If an emote is $45 USD, the fee would be $22.5 USD PER emote)We won't ask for any cuts of profits for a year's worth of sales once that fee is paid.ROYALTIES:
For rights to mass distribute and sell artwork with an intent to make it a source of income.Choosing this option would lead to discussing how much of a percentage we would receive per sale. After you reach a certain amount of royalties, it would then be sent to us as a form of payment.

Revisions

During the sketching process, we will allow for 2 free revisions! Any major alterations you'd like made in the silhouette, placement of things, or other minor detail alterations should be pointed out as this is the most integral part of the artistic pipeline.We pride ourselves in producing art that makes others happy. Additional revisions do however, come at a cost for they can take a great deal of time depending on the severity of change & when this change is asked for during the artistic process.NOTE: MAJOR changes may result in being charged again at the original price! This is why we encourage you to communicate what you'd like so you can avoid additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

✦ No Work: 95% Refund
(due to Paypal Processing Fees)
✦ Sketches: 60% RefundOnce we are given the OK to begin lining sketches- refund requests will no longer be accepted.In order to avoid exploitation of this policy- we will not send any unfinished work to a customer if a commission is cancelled.
